Since our first group run in 2016, the foundation of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. INC has come from the exceptional leadership and true passion within our team. As the heart of what we do, each board member is dedicated to making sure all participants are completely satisfied. Read below to learn more about each member, and get in touch with any questions.
Stephanie Pereira da Silva
Executive Director and Board President
Stephanie began pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. as a women's running group in 2015. Over the course of the last nine years, pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. has evolved into a community well-being organization for not just women, but children and family members.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a BS and MS in Health Promotion & Education. Stephanie carries over 20 different health & fitness certifications and years of experience in the field.
Stephanie is active in the Oshkosh community serving on a variety of Boards and organizations.
Heather Rapp
Board Vice President
Heather has been a member of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since 2019. Since joining, she has been an active volunteer for the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs and a running buddy for Kids Crew.
Heather graduated from Marian University with a BS in Elementary/Middle Education and Math and from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a BS in Business Education. Heather taught middle school Business Education in FdL for 9 years before becoming the Operations Manager at Fusion Footwear in 2024.
Heather and her husband, Mike, have two children, Spencer and Brooklynn, who have participated in the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs, Kids Crew and the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. triathlon. Heather enjoys a variety of physical activity, including running and biking, especially when she gets to share the time with her sole sisters, or the kids participating in the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. programs.

Theresa Petrick Gatchell
Board Treasurer
Theresa has been a member of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since 2016. Prior to becoming a board member, she served as the lead for many ofthe group's service projects. She and her husband, Kevin, have been running buddies in the Kids Crew program and volunteers at the Summer Fun Runs since their inception.
Theresa is a graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry and has worked for Shopko Optical in Oshkosh for 20+ years. She is also a board member for the Oshkosh Area School District Education Foundation.
Theresa and Kevin have one daughter, Katelyn. Theresa enjoys running, biking, volunteering and traveling. pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. is a perfect fit for her devotion to health, education, physical fitness, and children.
Jeremy Galica
Board Outreach Coordinator
Jeremy has been an active member of pdsFUSION Inc since 2025. Prior to becoming a board member, he happily volunteered his time with local youth sports and other organizations to positively impact the Oshkosh community and find a way to spend more time with his children.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh Master's in Public Administration program and has served his country in the US Army for over 25 years and is currently an Army Reserve Career Counselor.
Jeremy has three children, Evan, Ivy, and Olive. In his free time, he enjoys running, golfing, fitness, and music. pdsFUSION well suits his commitment to service, health and wellness, community, and children.
