Stephanie and Mauricio Pereira da Silva

Stephanie and Mauricio met in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2005 when Stephanie was a missionary for Campus Crusade for Christ. Mauricio was a semi-professional soccer player at the time and was volunteering at the same ministry for children Stephanie was at. They pursued their relationship over the course of the next year, and were married in July of 2006. They lived in Green Bay, Wisconsin as well as Madison, Wisconsin before settling back home in Oshkosh in 2008. Stephanie and Mauricio both worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation until April of 2021. Stephanie left to pursue pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. INC as a nonprofit Executive Director, and Mauricio left to pursue a career in Finance at Amcor in Oshkosh.

Stephanie, as the Health & Wellness Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark, began her professional relationship with Ross & RunAway Shoes in 2010. Stephanie continued to build her relationship with the Oshkosh store as she formulated pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. Inc in 2016, co-leading group runs and events from the Oshkosh storefront.

Ross approached Stephanie in June of 2022, just two weeks after Stephanie had a life changing surgery. Prayerfully, the Pereira da Silva family took ownership of the Oshkosh location on December 1, 2022. Stephanie & Mauricio will continue to serve the Oshkosh community for the next 18+ years as Ross did with RunAway Shoes.

Our vision at FUSION Footwear is to be the leading shoe fitters in Oshkosh and the surrounding communities by providing a friendly environment, superior customer service, and expert product knowledge. We are not a "sit & fit" retailer.

Our goal is to help runners, walkers, cross-fitters, boot campers, and individuals of diverse abilities and skill levels enjoy the incredible benefits of an active lifestyle starting with their foundation-a great pair of shoes! Treat your feet, you only have one pair. Taking care of your feet should be as important as going to the dentist and getting an eye exam. We have a passion to help people who are managing pain that have been limiting their active lifestyle-we believe the right pair of shoes can help give a proper foundation in the healing process.

The process starts as soon as you walk in the door, and continues after you have left our store. We believe in collaborative relationships and building community in and outside of our store.
