Stephanie Pereira da Silva

Stephanie was born and raised in Oshkosh. She worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation until April of 2021 when she left to pursue pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. INC as a nonprofit Executive Director.

Stephanie, as the Health & Wellness Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark, began her professional relationship with Ross & RunAway Shoes in 2010. Stephanie continued to build her relationship with the Oshkosh store as she formulated pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. Inc in 2016, co-leading group runs and events from the Oshkosh storefront.

Ross approached Stephanie in June of 2022, just two weeks after Stephanie had a life changing surgery. Prayerfully, Stephanie took ownership of the Oshkosh location on December 1, 2022. Stephanie will continue to serve the Oshkosh community for the next 18+ years as Ross did with RunAway Shoes.

In 2024, Stephanie realized that Fusion had outgrown the space we started in. In November 2024, Fusion moved to a new and improved location where we can thrive and offer new products, new services, new programs, all while maintaining our core values and mission!

VISION:

Our vision at FUSION Footwear is to be the leading shoe fitters in Oshkosh and the surrounding communities by providing a friendly environment, superior customer service, and expert product knowledge. We are not a "sit & fit" retailer.

Our goal is to help runners, walkers, cross-fitters, boot campers, and individuals of diverse abilities and skill levels enjoy the incredible benefits of an active lifestyle starting with their foundation-a great pair of shoes! Treat your feet, you only have one pair. Taking care of your feet should be as important as going to the dentist and getting an eye exam. We have a passion to help people who are managing pain that have been limiting their active lifestyle-we believe the right pair of shoes can help give a proper foundation in the healing process.

Every employee at FUSION Footwear has a passion for wellness and serving our community with a smile. We understand the unique perspective that active individuals and those managing pain have when it comes to buying a new pair of shoes.

The process starts as soon as you walk in the door, and continues after you have left our store. We believe in collaborative relationships and building community in and outside of our store.
