Our Kids Crew Running Club is back and teaming up with the Herd 5K again.
6 week curriculum based running program for ages 4-adult.
We encourage kids & families to participate. We are always looking for adult running buddies.

We meet on Tuesdays 5:15PM-6:15PM for 6 weeks at the Jame sCoughlin Building (and train in County Park).
Training begins: Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 and concludes on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026
The season will officially end on Sunday, October 18th, 2026 at the Herd 5K!
Cost is $30 for all (includes: shirt, medal, ticket to the Herd basketball game and weekly snacks).
